What is Bikram Yoga?

Bikram Yoga is an arrangement of yoga that Bikram Choudhury integrated from customary hatha yoga techniques and promoted starting in the early 1970s. All Bikram Yoga classes run for 90 minutes and comprise of the same arrangement of 26 postures, including two breathing exercises. Bikram Yoga is in a perfect world rehearsed in a room warmed to 40 °c (104 °f) with a Humidity of 40%. All official Bikram classes are taught by Bikram ensured trainers, who have finished nine weeks of training approved by Bikram.
